I integrated sp2 and "told" the installer what key it should use (that means you won't be prompted for a license key)
The key code is in a file called KEY.txt but you won't need it anyway.
As this is a Corporate edition, you won't need to activate it either.
Burn to CD using Nero or equivalent "burn image" feature. Boot from CD, install.
Sometimes the installer complains about a file it can't find or some failed operation: just continue with your installation, it works.
